Summary0005301: LineDecoration Behavior 'Progress' Property Driven By Mismatching Increments
Description

Currently, we offer a LineDecoration Behavior that can be applied to TextBlocks.

Among its customization Properties, is a 'Progress' Property, which allows to fill the length of the total LineDecoration from 0 (0%) to 1 (100%).

However, the default increments for this Property, increment by '1` at a time (when using ScrollWheel or Click-and-Drag over the field).

Due to this, when using any input method (other than hand-typing a number into the field), the values will never produce any results on the LineDecoration.

Repro Steps:

1) Create a Studio Project featuring a MainPage.xaml

2) Introduce a nice and large TextBlock to the Page.

3) Navigate to the Interactivity/Behaviors Panel, select the TextBlock, and attach a LineDecoration Behavior to it.

4) Select the new LineDecoration Behavior to display its Properties in the Properties Panel, and set its Properties to: Offset: 32 | Pen: Pen | Pen Thickness: 64 | Pen Brush: Red
The LineDecoration will not display at this point ( known bug https://www.noesisengine.com/bugs/view.php?id=5294 )

5) Save MainPage.xaml, then close-and-re-open it.
At this point, the LineDecoration should be visible on-Stage.

6) In the LineDecoration Behavior's Properties, identify the 'Progress' Property, then click-and-drag or MouseWheelUp on its field.
Observe how the first increments are by '1'.
Observe how by using the default toolset for this Property, it is not possible to produce a valid 'Progress' Property Value.

Expected Results: Increments in the LineDecoration Behaviors 'Progress' Property, increment by '0.1' instead of '1'.
