Currently, within a Style, we allow setting 'DataChanged' Setters for it.

However, if attempting to set a 'Relative' Binding to the 'Self' (Element)), it is not possible because the menu only displays Properties for the Self (Condition).

Repro Steps:

1) Download, unzip, and open the attached 'Setters_Project' in Noesis Studio.

2) On the Stage of MainPage.xaml, identify any of the Buttons at the top of the Page, and right-click any of them and enter its Style for Edit.

3) Once inside of the Style, navigate to the Interactivy/Setters Panel, and click on the Setter there to unveil its Setter Properties Panel.

4) Attempt to set a Binding to the Self (Element) to gather the Element's DataContext individual item listing.

Observe how only the option to Bind to Self (Condition) exists, and the ability to Bind to Self (Element) is not possible.

Expected Results: 'Data Change' Setters can target the Element itself in a Binding.
