new RadialGradientBrush() does not initialize GradientStops

In WPF, calling new RadialGradientBrush() returns a brush with GradientStops set to a new GradientStopCollection.

In Noesis, new RadialGradientBrush() returns a brush with GradientStops set to null.

Could you please report this in our bugtracker, this is a deviation from WPF that we have to fix.
