Currently, when an Element has its Visibility to 'Collapsed', it will disappear from the Stage.

Whilst the Collapsed Element is selected, it will still show its Adorner, which represents the footprint (dimension and position) it would have on-Stage if it wasn't collapsed.

However, when Noesis Studio is rebooted, and the same Element is selected, its adorner will be shown, but it will be positioned in the extreme upper-right corner and in a position not corresponding to its position from when it was set to Collapsed.

This display resolves itself if the Element is set to 'Visible', then back to 'Collapsed'

Repro Steps:

1) Create a Studio Project featuring a MainPage.xaml, and introduce a Button Element to the root Grid of the Page.

2) Set the Button to be 256x256, and set its Visibility to 'Collapsed'.
Observe how the Button's adorners are visible on-Stage whilst selected, and displaying its size, and position.

3) Save all documents, and close Noesis Studio

4) Re-Open Noesis Studio, and in the Navigator, select the Button introduced to the Page in Step 1)

Observe how the Button's adorner is off-Stage in the top left of the Page.

5) Set the Button's Visibility to 'Visible', then set it back to 'Collapsed'.

Observe how now the Button is shown as 'Collapsed' in a different position than in Step 4).

Expected Results: Collapsed Elements display their adorners in the same on-Stage position whether selected before, or after an application reboot
